Commercial Talent Agent
Seeking an experienced, motivated Commercial Talent Agent to join our team and help develop and represent talent across the commercial entertainment industry. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is passionate about entertainment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth and development of talent. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, well-connected, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Represent and manage commercial talent, serving as an advocate for clients and their careers.
Pitch clients to casting directors, production companies, and other industry professionals.
Identify and submit talent for relevant commercial opportunities, auditions, and bookings.
Secure auditions, callbacks, bookings, and other opportunities for clients.
Scout and identify new opportunities that align with each client's strengths, goals, and career trajectory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, clients, production professionals, and industry partners. Provide guidance on talent development, positioning, and long-term career strategy.
Monitor client activity and submissions and provide regular updates to the team.
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to maximize opportunities for talent.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in talent agency, talent management, casting, or a related entertainment role.
Familiarity with the commercial entertainment industry.
Established relationships with casting directors and other relevant industry professionals.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client-service skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
A pre-existing client base or roster is a plus, but not required.
Professional references and successful completion of a background check are required.
