iMAR Entertainment is a Los Angeles-based agency that connects businesses worldwide (brands, TV and radio stations, marketing agencies, etc) with the most globally renowned names in entertainment and sports. We do so via four Divisions within the company:
• Promotions: We have a range of over 100 packages that are offered to clients to incorporate within their marketing campaigns, for example: Meet and Greets with a-list talent such as Justin Bieber, Rihanna, and more, as well as packages to attend some of the biggest events around the world including the Grammys, Fashion Week, Oscars experiences, etc.
• Talent and Events: iMAR puts together events around the world with top talent. We then connect our clients with the artist/event through sponsorships, promotions, ticket offers, and more. We produce these events in locations where iMAR has a presence. We're currently expanding into other countries around the world.
• Corporate Incentives: We offer companies worldwide hundreds of incredible packages to offer to their clients and employees or as a sales incentive. Trips to the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Super Bowl, and more are some examples.
• Entertainment Consultancy: We assist select clients that are looking for a link with the entertainment and sports industries. Examples might include a toy manufacturer looking to license famous celebrities, or a football team looking to host big events in its stadium.
We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Manager to tackle sales across North America. The position is commission based. Please see below requirements and job functions:
• Manages sales across North America to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
• Collaborates with CEO to develop sales strategies
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
• Collaborates with CEO to establish and control budgets for sales promotion expenses
• Bachelors degree in marketing or business
• A minimum of five years of related experience
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A proven track record of success
