Red Carpet Host / Interviewer

ITWIFF is seeking an outgoing, charismatic Red Carpet Host/Interviewer to join our festival team in New York City.
The host will interview filmmakers, actors, industry professionals, and special guests on the red carpet and create engaging content for the festival's social media and promotional channels.
Responsibilities
Host and conduct short, engaging red carpet interviews.
Interview filmmakers, actors, guests, and industry professionals.
Ask thoughtful questions about films, careers, and the festival experience.
Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests.
Collaborate with the festival's photography, videography, and social media teams.
Represent ITWIFF professionally throughout festival events.
Qualifications
Confident and engaging on-camera presence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable thinking quickly and conducting natural conversations.
Interest in film, television, entertainment, or independent filmmaking.
Previous hosting, interviewing, journalism, entertainment, or event experience is a plus.
Social media/content creation experience is a plus.
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
Aspiring hosts, interviewers, and actors are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with personality, curiosity, and the ability to make guests feel comfortable-not just someone with extensive experience.
