Job title: Motion Graphics Editor
**This position is onsite in South Norwalk at least 3x a week. Please do not apply if you are not interested in being onsite.
**1-3 years experience working under a Senior Editor and Creative Direction who will provide guidance.
Imaginary Content, a leader in best-in-class cross platform content, is seeking a talented and junior editor to join our team at our new modern HQ and Content Studio on the water in Norwalk CT. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative and collaborative team, focusing on e-commerce.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior In-House Motion Graphics Editor to join our growing team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for creating engaging ecommerce content from video content shot on site. The ideal candidate should specialize in Adobe Premiere and have working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our creative team to ensure our video content is visually compelling and aligned with our brand vision. There is an element of graphic design to most of our post production work so having experience and comfort with executing boards that reflect graphic creative as well as experience contributing graphic design elements independently will be a key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere
Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts for video content
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Participate in pre-production, production, and post-production meetings
Bring creativity and new ideas to the table to ensure that our video content is fresh and innovative
Understand project goals and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into your work
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that deadlines are met
Requirements:
Previous experience as a junior editor or relevant educational background in film editing, media production, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is a must.
Working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects for basic visual effects and motion graphics as well as image clean up and manipulation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for video editing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
