Intern - Marketing

Image Comics, the largest creator-owned comic book publisher in North America, is looking for a new, unpaid Marketing Intern. The position is ideal for students and anyone else interested getting their foot in the door to the comic book industry.

Position/Skills Requirements:

•Possess strong writing skills and be able to provide samples of previous work.
•Strong, basic computer skill set including Photoshop, Word, Excel and general web-based applications.
•Have familiarity with the comic book industry at large and Image Comics’ products in particular.
•Be a quick learner, able to take the reins on a project with limited guidance.
•Must have professional demeanor and strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
•High accuracy with close attention to detail. Good proofing skills.
•Self-starter able to work at a fast pace and independently prioritize and coordinate numerous projects at once.
