illuminate Hollywood, a leading LA based Post Production Company is seeking a Shipping Clerk | Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a Valid Driver's License
• Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)
• Drive Company Cargo Van
• Able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
• Load and Unload Cargo Van to deliver packages efficiently
• Make deliveries and client pickups
• Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat
• Able to push and pull above and below the shoulder level
• Must be computer savvy
• Receive incoming and outgoing elements and sort
• Using information on the work order in conjunction with operator notes, create labels specific to format, including all available descriptive (format, standard, aspect ratio, run time, version, episode, time code type, frequency, creation date, shoot date, dailies info. i.e. camera roll, and daily roll # etc.)
• Log out all outgoing elements containing barcodes with destination information and time of departure
• Fill out all paperwork i.e. airway bills etc. For a particular shipping or courier company. Create packing slips for shipments & deliveries
• Thorough and detailed correspondence with Client Services, Operations and Sales to determine any special requirements for given orders, (partial deliveries, late night deliveries etc.)
• Pull and stage assets as requested
• E-mailing client airway bills, and other information upon request
• Order tape stock and keep stock room organized
• Assist Answer phones when the phone is on ''night service''
