Senior Art Director - Entertainment Marketing
Summary:
The senior level Art Director for the Print Department will work in a team oriented fast-paced environment and will inspire creativity to other art directors and act as a mentor and as a leader to other team members as appropriate.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Ability to create superior campaigns that stop consumers in their tracks
Concept brainstorming
Lead or co-lead creative concepting teams
Sketch concepts for photo shoots and organize/art direct photo shoots
Preliminary comp exploration
Basic 3D skills a plus
Oversee final art
Oversee the artistic design of advertisement and print materials & insure its quality
Complex revisions/refinements
Overseeing collateral campaigns such as Outdoor, Banners, Consumer Ads, Cross Promotional Ads, Packaging, and Specialized Brochures
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have a strong concept & design skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
High-level creative thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and implementation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
High level Photoshop skills along with a working knowledge of Adobe Create Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience working with team members such as account executives, copywriters, photographers, and art directors are required
Capable of visualizing abstract concepts
Seven years of advertising agency experience preferred
