Art Director - Entertainment Key Art

Summary:
The Art Director will work in a team oriented fast paced environment, have strong concepting & design skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficient computer skills & working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc). This position requires high-level creative thinking, conceptualization, problem-solving, presentation, and implementation skills. Experience working with team members such as account executives, copywriters, photographers, and art directors are required. Seven years of advertising agency experience preferred.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Concept for photo shoots and organize/art direct photo shoots
Preliminary comp exploration
Oversee final art
Concept brainstorming
Oversee the artistic design of advertisement and print materials & insure its quality
Complex revisions/refinements
Overseeing collateral campaigns such as Outdoor, Banners, Consumer Ads, Cross Promotional Ads, Packaging, and Specialized Brochures

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 year experience as an art director
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced creative environment
Ability to communicate and work in a team environment
High level Photoshop skills along with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Capable of visualizing abstract concepts
Regularly applies mathematic and geometric skills
Able to organize work effectively in order to meet deadlines
Basic 3D skills a plus
