IGN is looking to build upon our roster of incredible freelancers to tap into on a per-project basis to support a wide variety of branded content campaigns. Together, our collective goal is to drive revenue for IGN by creating cool, innovative programs that exceed the expectations of our audience and our partners.
The Project Manager role is responsible for the management of sponsored and custom partnership programs from the point of being sold through all production phases. In partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, it is the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure each deliverable and creative expectation is executed to client's satisfaction as well as tracking all elements and projects encompassed in a partnership program.

Experience:
• Project Management experience preferred with focus on digital and/or integrated marketing/advertising agency.
• Experience scoping and advising project needs for video production including budgets, schedules, lead-time, and deadlines.
• Prior experience with advertising partnership productions and client-facing deliverables is a big plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects across multiple clients.
• Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve project issues with a solutions-first approach.
• Understands how to develop, implement, and guarantee adherence to processes and systems across cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work and communicate with creative teams to break down tasks and facilitate the resolution of issues.
• High-level cross-discipline knowledge of strategy, requirements gathering, content strategy, production, technology, analytics, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all aspects and requirements of a program are met on time and within the established scope.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple programs and associated tasks across multiple teams, productions, and stakeholders.
• Keep key members of each program on task and on timeline.
• Liaise with Design, Product, Video Project Management, Social, Ad Operations, and Sales/Account Management teams to ensure program definition, deliverables, and expectations are consistent with client's needs and expectations.
• Manage a variety of partnership programs with custom deliverables across different platforms and media formats.
• Build robust full run production schedules for major productions, high-impact media, and long-lead programs.
• Lead and organize efficient internal meetings.
• Develop tasks lists, status reports & meeting notes to track programs from kickoff through program end.
