What is the Role?
IF7 is seeking an upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated Creator Partnerships Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You should have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, deep social media expertise, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, fun and trusting environment that's built to grow. This position reports to the Director of Creator Partnerships.
Location: NYC preferred, willing to consider Los Angeles
Experience: 1-3 Years in the creator/influencer industry, talent management, ad agency, casting, media, and/or brand partnerships.
Salary: $45,000-$55,000 a year
What Does Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables for content creators and Account Management teams
Help identify and secure social media talent across multiple campaigns and social platforms
Assist in the outreach, negotiation, social/live posts, and post campaign wrap ups for creators
Establish ongoing relationships with talent agencies and management teams
Maintain the talent department's internal database of current campaigns and contracted creators
Field incoming questions and concerns raised by creators and/or management teams
Process current creator agreements, contracts, and invoices
Assist in setting up and executing new internal processes for the talent department
Active participation in the creator community and industry events, establishing IF7's role in the creator ecosystem and remaining one scroll ahead of the trends in identifying new up-and-coming creators
Ongoing networking with talent management companies, agents, and social media platforms
Help to organize executive calendars and assist with meeting scheduling
Staying close to the current viral social trends and providing valuable insight around how we can tap into those areas for our clients

You have strong project management skills and are able to juggle several unrelated assignments at once
You are detail oriented, highly organized and meticulous in carrying out work responsibilities and documenting them appropriately
You are a good team player, with the ability to work independently on your assigned objectives and meet deadlines
You love social media and are on the pulse of up and coming creators
You want to grow and evolve along with our team and company
