Job Description
Ideali Projects is looking for a Spring 2026 development/production intern. In this role, you will work closely with Ideali Projects's executives to dive deep into the development and production of film, TV and digital entertainment content. By helping us track & read script submissions; research, identify, & maintain a talent database; and pitch content you believe in, you will learn how to take an idea and turn it into a realized project. Ideali Projects is currently in production of multiple digital projects, which are face-paced production that allows our interns to be immersed in the full front-to-end production cycle (script coverage, development, casting, on-set production, post-production). Additionally, you will get one-on-one time with an experienced industry executive who will help teach you everything they've learned in their careers. A plus if you have screenwriting experience or working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

Location: Our internship position is hybrid. We encourage interns living in the Los Angeles area to work in person 1-2 days a week, though it is not mandatory. Anyone living outside of Los Angeles will be remote.

Expected Work Hours: 20 hours per week, for Spring 2026, flexible schedule. There will be time off for Holiday breaks.
