Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Assistant to join our dynamic team at ID Public Relations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the entertainment industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role provides critical support to the Talent Management team, assisting with day-to-day operations and helping our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Talent Managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between clients, agencies, production teams, and other industry professionals.
Assist in drafting and proofreading press materials such as bios, press releases, and media kits.
Maintain up-to-date talent schedules, press opportunities, and project timelines.
Monitor and track media coverage for clients and prepare comprehensive reports.
Research and identify new opportunities for clients, including events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Manage correspondence, including answering emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of Talent Managers.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in event coordination, including press junkets, premieres, and client appearances.
Keep client files organized and up-to-date within the company's database and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Film/TV, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Film/ TV, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with entertainment industry trends and key players.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in PR campaigns.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
