HR Generalist / Payroll Master

ID, the leading independently owned full-service communications agency in the entertainment industry, seeks an exceptional Human Resources Generalist.

This individual reports to the COO and the Director of Human Resources and will perform professional human resources generalist work for our team with offices based in Los Angeles and New York. This is a full-time position.

Job Description:

ID's HR Generalist will be responsible for the following functional areas: day-to-day HR office administration, pre-screen recruitment, payroll, safety, communicating employee benefits, leave administration; unemployment claims management and processing, maintenance of employee files and records; IT end-user coordination, and ensuring compliance on all HR matters.

Requirements & Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Professional HR certification preferred.

-3+ years of prior, progressive Human Resource Generalist experience.

-Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of State and Federal HR Laws.

-Demonstrated experience in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and information.

-Demonstrated proficiency in HR practices in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

-Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft O365 and state of the industry software applications, including IT systems.

-Experience with Paychex (or similar fully integrated payroll/HRIS platform).

-Highest levels of personal maturity, respect for confidentiality and integrity required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary/Benefits: Range of pay is $60,000 to $70,000 with eligibility for a full suite of benefits commensurate with the finest employment opportunities.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm Pacific from our Los Angeles offices. Remote work on Fridays.
