ID Public Relations, the largest independently owned full-service communications agency in the entertainment industry, invites Account Executives Los Angeles to join our innovative team of team of strategists.
ID's Film & Television Team represents individual projects for theatrical film, television, and streaming services alongside production companies and a number of other entertainment entities. We spearhead everything from release campaigns, festival launches, unit publicity and awards campaigns for our projects. In each case, ID employs a specialized, results-driven approach to each campaign, highlighting the individual strengths and unique characteristics of each new work.
Applicants should have at least five years of experience, strong press and industry relationships and demonstrated success creating original, nuanced and memorable media moments and publicity campaigns that amplify the reach and impact of clients' projects, passions and endeavors. We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced collaborators and mentors with fluency in all areas of the media and digital landscape to join our team-based culture. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
The specific responsibilities of the role of Account Executive:
Secure top-tier coverage with high-level outlets
Coordinate and execute junkets, press days and premieres
Draft and distribute press materials and client documents
Assist with day-to-day client management and ensure all client needs are addressed
Create and execute asset plans, trade announcements, etc
Share ideas for creative, productive media outreach and strategy
Build strategic relationships with press, clients, potential clients and other industry members
Collaborate on new business pitches and proposals as well as RFI and RFP materials
Foster an environment of trustworthiness and personal growth at the company
Mentor junior staff members, in an educational, positive and supportive manner
