Creative Producer, YouTube & Social
Icon Global Media
Frisco, TXThis is a Full Time Job
The Role
This role sits inside Icon's YouTube division and will be a key producer for Bryson DeChambeau's YouTube channel, while also supporting future YouTube channels, talent-led content, studio formats, branded content, and social-first productions as the company grows.
This is not a passive coordination role. We need someone who makes things happen. You will own the logistics, scheduling, pre-production, locations, guest communication, talent coordination, props, casting, vendors, budgets, production documents, releases, and shoot-day readiness that allow great ideas to become great videos.
You will work closely with YouTube strategists, creative leads, production teams, editors, talent managers, booking partners, legal, brand partners, and clients to make sure every shoot is organized, realistic, efficient, and set up to win.
The right person is highly organized, resourceful, calm under pressure, and proactive about solving problems before they even come up. You understand that creator-led production moves fast, schedules change, access is valuable, and shoot days need to be maximized. You are not just checking boxes. You are setting the table for the creative team and talent to walk in and make something great.
What You'll Do
YouTube Production & Pre-Production
Develop production plans for long-form YouTube videos, including timelines, logistics, locations, guests, crew needs, props, budgets, releases, and shoot-day requirements
Pressure-test concepts before production by identifying creative risks, logistical challenges, budget needs, location needs, talent needs, and possible production bottlenecks
Create pre-production documents, production briefs, call sheets, run-of-show documents, shoot schedules, shot needs, and backup plans
Source and manage production resources when needed, including crew, art directors, set builders, props, vendors, and other specialists required to execute the concept
Make sure every production is organized, realistic, and ready before talent arrives on set or location
Talent, Guest & Schedule Coordination
Coordinate with talent, guests, management teams, booking agencies, and internal stakeholders to lock shoot dates, details, expectations, and logistics
Support casting and sourcing for videos that require creators, influencers, athletes, experts, fans, participants, or real people
Build and maintain relationships with talent representatives, booking partners, locations, vendors, and production contacts
Locations, Props & Vendors
Source and secure golf courses, studios, venues, homes, fields, warehouses, sets, and other production locations as needed
Source props, equipment, signage, set pieces, wardrobe, vehicles, games, challenges, and any physical elements needed for a video
Find creative solutions when a concept requires hard-to-find people, places, props, builds, or resources
Shoot-Day Production
Own shoot-day logistics so the creative team, production team, and talent can focus on making great content
Make sure the crew, talent, guests, locations, props, releases, schedules, and production needs are ready before filming begins
Anticipate problems before they slow down the shoot and solve issues quickly when plans change
Ensure all key moments, creative needs, and brand deliverables are captured so the final video hits every required note
Short-Form & Social Production Support
Support production setup for social-first and short-form content across Icon clients
Build quick-turn production setups where talent can walk in, film efficiently, and leave with strong short-form content captured
Support short-form series, brand activations, and one-off social concepts that require physical builds, signage, props, participants, or production logistics
Budget, Legal & Production Operations
Build and manage production budgets for assigned projects
Track costs, vendor payments, invoices, purchases, approvals, and production expenses
Coordinate with legal and leadership to make sure releases, contracts, appearance agreements, location agreements, and required paperwork are completed
Keep production documents, contact sheets, vendor lists, templates, calendars, and project information organized and up to date
Who We're Looking For
This role is for someone who is highly organized, extremely resourceful, and built for fast-moving creator-led production environments.
You are a make-it-happen person. When an idea needs a guest, a prop, a location, a release, a schedule, a backup plan, or a last-minute solution, you figure it out.
You are not just a coordinator. You understand production at a high level and know how to turn creative ideas into real shoot days.
You have strong creative instincts. You understand stories, YouTube, talent energy, production value, and what a shoot needs to capture for the final video to come to life.
You are calm under pressure. You can manage moving pieces, changing schedules, talent needs, location issues, budget constraints, and last-minute pivots without creating chaos around you.
Most importantly, you take ownership. Your job is to make sure the shoot is ready, the team is aligned, the talent is supported, and the production is set up to execute. You do not wait to be told what to do. You make things happen.
