DESCRIPTION:
Marketing & Engagement Intern
• Remote | 3-6 month internship (through 2025) | ~10 hours/week (negotiable)
About the Role:
• If you're the kind of person who loves digging into trends, building systems, and helping ideas reach people, this one's for you. This role supports behind-the-scenes promotion - from scheduling and audience engagement to tracking performance and helping me get music onto playlists and in front of the right ears.
• So depending on your interests, there may also be opportunities to support campaigns tied to advocacy, partnerships, or community outreach.
What You'll Do:
• Write and schedule captions for IG/FB/Substack using our shared calendar
• Track performance on social posts and report what's landing well
• Handle light audience engagement (comments, DMs, etc.)
• Research playlist curators and help with submissions (Groover, Musosoup, etc.)
• Track presave campaigns, smart links, and release promo checklists
• Attend weekly check-in for updates + planning
Bonus if you:
• Are super organized and love spreadsheets/lists
• Are familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Substack, Spotify for Artists
• Have an eye for trends and what works in indie music spaces
• Enjoy supporting the magic + logistics of getting music into the world

IAMEVE is a music-focused entity co-founded by Tiff Randol, an artist and composer, who also co-founded Mamas in Music, a nonprofit that supports mothers in the music industry.
