This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Fall
Internship Duration: 1 semester, around 3-4 months
Time/Days Required: 10 hours a week min

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:
Nikky Bourbon and her team are looking for interns to help manage the upcoming rollout within PR and marketing, admin, and the songwriting section of her career, as well as content creators. We're looking for interns who are:
• Available a minimum of 10 hours a week to work
• Content Creators must be based in Los Angeles, and available to commute when needed
• Admin, PR, and marketing interns can be remote
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree as this is a for-credit internship.

Talent Management/Admin Internship:
• Managing Nikky Bourbon's schedule; scheduling meetings, sessions, etc (Will be responsible for managing the google calendar)
• Taking weekly team call notes, and weekly task lists
• Responding to select emails
• Will be responsible for creating, sending, and following up on invoices
• Soliciting new business (emailing brands, agents, music supervisors)
• Research and scrapes based on company needs
• Managing and updating her website and socials
• Organizing contact lists
• Reviewing proposals
• Intern recruitment
• Work directly with Nikky to execute decks, excels, and visions
• Assist with Intern Recruitment; Drafts and updates internship postings, Reviews qualifying resumes and coordinates and schedules interviews, Research new job posting websites to solicit interns, and Schedule interviews

Content Creators Looking for (Videographers/Photographers/Editors) Internship: Ideally this candidate will be based in Los Angeles and have strong editing and organizational skills
• Need videographers + photographers to shoot behind-the-scenes, and edit for content-use
• Assist with capturing lifestyle content regularly, and edit for content-use.
• Assist with curating new ideas for new content, and staying relevant with content
• Editor will have access to pre-existing content

Social Media Manager: Ideally this candidate will be based in Los Angeles and have strong editing and organizational skills
• Organize assets and work with editors to create new content.
• Meet with Nikky in person to generate new content
• Organize posting schedule
• Integrate content across all platforms (Tiktok, Reels, Youtube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Youtube, Siren, Triller, Twitter, Facebook)

Marketing Internship:
• Assisting with influencer marketing campaigns
• Creating email/target lists of influencers and brands
• Conducting market researches
• Assisting with social media communications (via DMs and tweets/comments, etc)
• Engaging with fans on social media
• Assisting in social media coordination
• Managing social exposure, and assisting with growing Nikky Bourbon's fanbase and outreach to new fans
• Creating cross-marketing campaigns
• Research Google ads, Tiktok ads, and generate ad campaigns
• Spotify playlisting

New Business Intern:
• Solicit brand agents
• Solicit music supervisors
• Solicit tour agents
• Solicit venues
• Solicit partnerships
• Solicit brands
• You will reach out via email, Linked In, and instagram
• Come up with creative ways to garner collaborative attention
• Set up meetings

Public Relations/PR Internship:
• Weekly market research for press opportunities
• Creating target press lists for releases/campaigns/announcements, etc
• Assisting in keeping Rolodex and press lists kept up to date
• Contributing to completely the bi-weekly/monthly press reports
• Writing press releases and customizing pitches, as well as pitch templates
• Assisting in outreach for release campaigns and major announcements or focused strategies
