Social Media Manager Position
Hype is seeking to hire multiple Social Media Specialists to join our close-knit team. Ideal candidates are skilled in the area of social media marketing and adaptable to different industries, self-starters, and quick learners. Whether you are an established freelancer or a new face ready to rock the world with a fresh approach - we want to hear from you.
This position is a freelance, commissioned position. All Social Media Managers will work remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain social media pages for a roster of 3-4 clients.
• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client needs.
• Write and schedule posts for client accounts.
• Actively monitor client's social media accounts while maintaining engagement.
Qualifications:
• Social Media Strategist with 1-3 years experience in professional social media management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Media Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, or similar fields preferred.
• Experience or interest in the entertainment industry/production preferred but not required.
• Proficient with office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.) and cloud collaborative platforms (Airtable).
• Graphic design/Photoshop skills preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
