This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role spanning finance, production, and operations, requiring responsiveness, precision, and comfort managing a high volume of concurrent financial workflows. Responsibilities include tracking invoices, coordinating payment timelines, reconciling budgets in real time, monitoring contractual obligations, communicating with vendors and partners, and maintaining clear financial records across overlapping productions. The right candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep projects moving forward.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong spreadsheet proficiency, excellent communication skills, and comfort working with evolving information and shifting timelines. LA-based; remote/hybrid, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and international productions. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with potential for growth.
