This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship Opportunity: Hunter Brand Management
Location: Remote, one day in office
Time Commitment: Flexible, with availability during business hours preferred. Ideally Mon, Wed, Thursday. 12-16 hours a week.

End Date: Flexible

You'll work closely with our Associate to execute day-to-day client deliverables, industry research, and creative ideation, as well as provide occasional support to other team members. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in talent representation, branding, entertainment marketing, or commercial endorsements.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach Research:
Use HBM-provided entertainment research platforms to identify potential brand contacts for client outreach. Conduct brand-specific research to support campaign strategy and positioning.
Project Updates:
Organize and format daily project updates provided by the team to ensure internal tracking systems are accurate and up to date.
Trade Monitoring:
Research trade publications each morning to pull timely news related to celebrity branding deals, brand campaigns, and industry moves that may impact client opportunities.
Creative Materials:
Help maintain client materials, including bios and branding one-sheets. Update materials following major client announcements/moments.
Outreach Brainstorming:
Assist in brainstorming brand categories and specific companies for proactive outreach. Use client narratives, branding materials, and trade research to pitch thoughtful and strategic ideas.
Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about entertainment, celebrity branding, and the business side of talent representation
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Very detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information clearly
Experience with or willingness to learn online research tools for outreach
Able to commit consistent availability during weekdays (schedule flexible)
Additional Information:
You'll report primarily to the Associate and receive real-time feedback and mentorship.
The internship is remote, but strong communication via Teams, email, and Zoom is expected.
