This is a Full Time Job
A-Level talent brand management company is looking to add an Associate to our team. Associate will be responsible to an A-Level talent client roster in the branding and endorsement space as well as some administrative range of duties to Founder & CEO at a Celebrity Talent Brand Management Company. Applicants should have previous experience with talent representation in the brand partnerships and endorsement space along with a desire to work in representation long-term.
This is full-time and we are hybrid remote and in-office work. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Main duties include:
• Tracking active projects, outreach, and offers
• Pitching and outreach on behalf of clients and/or their own brands/sponsored content
• Aiding our creative team in making one-sheets, pitch decks, and rosters for clients
• Coordinating active projects on behalf of talent (i.e. corresponding with brands and agencies to coordinate shoots/events, creating itineraries for clients, relaying client feedback on creative and asset approvals, etc.)
• High volume of calls and scheduling on behalf of boss
• Tracking finances and invoicing client payments
• On-board and oversee interns (when applicable)
• General administrative support
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of agency experience (ideally in branding/commercial endorsements)
• Highly organized and good time management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Great attention to detail and follow-through
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to write engaging emails, pitch materials, pitches, social copy and more.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market research
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Canva preferred for any creative services
• Own a laptop (MAC preferred)
• Social media savvy on all platforms
• Phone etiquette (you will be corresponding directly with multiple A-Level talent and respected colleagues in the brand space). Rolling calls etc.
• Minimum of 18-month commitment
• Applicants should ideally be looking to work long-term in talent representation and/or branding. This position is promotable.
