Humanoids, the international graphic novel publishing house and film production company, is seeking a multitasking individual to serve as Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator, with existing administrative and translation (French to English) experience and who will be responsible for assisting CEO and COO, managing the US office, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, establishing schedules and other assigned administrative duties, as well as liaising with the French office, namely in the translation of books and other related materials. Candidates must be bilingual, have an eye for detail, a passion for organization, excellent communication skills, and be highly efficient with multi-tasking and time management. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires 3+ years of office management/executive assistant experience.
