SUMMARY
Hulu is looking for a Project Manager within our Creative Marketing team who will partner with our internal creative and marketing teams in the creation, development, and production of Originals 360 experiences. Every day, we creatively craft sound, video, and images into immersive marketing experiences. This PM role is integral to bringing all pieces together and managing the core creative roles between Originals, Marketing, and multiple internal teams.
This position requires someone who has a strong understanding of creative and technical processes and how the two intersect most efficiently. You are a self-starter, exceptionally organized, and proactive.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Define and scope project requirements and resourcing, drive day-to-day campaign creative, build individual task timelines and campaign calendars, and emphasize inter- and intra-department communication.
• Partner with Designers, Video Producers, Creative Marketing, Publicity, Ad Sales, Research, Creative Directors, Copywriters, and other internal departments to build and deliver high-quality assets.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to thrive under pressure, craft on-the-fly redirection to meet tight deadlines, and offer solutions to balance competing priorities.
• Interpret data and leverage resources to make informed recommendations to partners across internal teams.
• Be passionate about delivering the best creative while maintaining timelines and budgets.
WHAT TO BRING
• Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual, verbal, and written formats.
• Strong project management principles and organizational skills.
• Gracefully giving and receiving constructive and transparent feedback on all creative projects.
• At least 6-8 years of experience producing marketing design, video, and digital assets.
• Willingness to regroup and adapt is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Eagerness and love of learning and innovation.
• Technically savvy, a whiz at troubleshooting issues to find on-the-fly solutions.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Comfortable working with team members who use Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Motion, ProTools, Soundtrack Pro or SoundBooth.
• Familiarity with different project management software and organizational tools.
• Knowledge of screen recording software such as Screen Flow or SnapzPro.
• Knowledge of both Macintosh and PC platforms, and the ability to work in and prepare files for both platforms.
