SUMMARY
Hulu’s B2B Marketing team is seeking a Principal Lifecycle Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our team. As a Lifecycle B2B Manager at Hulu, you will be responsible for developing and implementing off-channel (eg, email, paid digital) marketing strategies to further engage and educate our Advertisers across both automated and direct sales’ customer journeys. For Direct Sales, these strategies will amplify direct interactions to increase Advertiser awareness of Hulu offerings, industry thought-leadership, and case studies that improve their overall partnership satisfaction. They will also help achieve our Self-Service platform goals around awareness, acquisition and retention amongst SMBs. The ideal person for this role is Marketing and Tech savvy, data-first, with proven hands-on experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Collaborate with Sales & B2B Marketing Leads to develop and execute strategic campaigns across the core Sales verticals (National, Local, DR, Programmatic, SMB) ensuring a cohesive and personalized experience
• Own end-to-end strategy, content and project management, and define requirements and roadmap for CRM programs
• Develop and execute self-service educational and early engagement campaigns via appropriate marketing channels targeting SMB advertisers most optimal for Hulu.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a highly integrated approach – Define cross-department requirements in marketing briefs, work with Creative Studios to develop creative and content assets, partner with CRM manager for email campaigns, and work with media manager to execute and measure performance of media placements
• Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked and analyzed
• Monitor performance of in-market campaigns and regularly report on performance of past campaigns
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize and increase the effectiveness of Lifecycle marketing efforts
WHAT TO BRING
• 8 years of engagement and lifecycle marketing experience in an advertising business
• Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns
• Experience working with Product and Developer teams to build optimal customer experiences.
• Advanced experience using CRM and paid marketing channels to drive awareness, engagement and retention
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data driven approach
• Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex data, influence others and build relationships
• Ability to partner with and handle workflows of multiple constituencies in a cross-functional team environment
• BA or BS Degree required.
