Full Time Job
Hulu's Marketing team is seeking a Paid Social Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our Subscriber Acquisition team. As a Paid Social Coordinator at Hulu, you will be working in a team atmosphere to execute media campaigns supporting acquisition and brand initiatives to drive growth and viewership for Hulu.

Responsibilities
:
• Support the paid social team with all aspects of campaign management, including: channel detailed planning, budget management and pacing, in-platform set-up, optimizations, and wrap reporting
• Develop a working knowledge of campaign objectives and goals, guidelines and audience strategies and an understanding of how that is translated into paid media
• Become familiar with all major social platforms and their respective ad products. Assist in the evaluation of these partners for each campaign, working closely with internal team and agency partners to review POVs
• Learn the ins and outs of social campaign execution, becoming an expert of each platform's UI and set-up process
• Attend campaign briefings, agency statuses, and internal brainstorms, providing accurate notes to the larger teams
• Create and maintain campaign documentation inclusive of media grids, flowcharts, media purchase authorizations, creative delivery reports, etc.
• Partner with Finance & Procurement to process purchase orders and ensure accurate monthly invoice reconciliation
• Support internal team in partnership with marketing analytics to complete regular reporting to glean insights and identify optimization opportunities
• Work with the Creative Strategy team to learn social platform creative best practices, building and trafficking assets
• Stay informed with respect to industry trends, direct competitor activities and emerging partners and opportunities
Basic Qualifications

• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• A positive self-starter attitude and team player mentality
• Analytical background with an interest in media, strategy and testing
• High-level knowledge of major social platforms (FB/IG, Snap, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok)
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 years of paid social or media experience
• Experience running paid social campaigns
• Experience with Airtable or other project management tools
