SUMMARY
Hulu is looking for an On-Channel Project Producer for the Marketing team. This Project Producer partners with the Content Partners to receive assets for campaigns and non-media spend campaigns to ensure all content has a cover story and on-channel assets to deliver a great user experience. This position requires someone who has a strong understanding of the creative process. Candidate is a self-starter, fanatically organized, detail-oriented and tenacious. You’ll need to ensure we are executing efficient on-channel campaigns to engage and retain our subscribers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Focus on live and svod content that won’t have a marketing spend behind it to ensure all cover stories and on-channel assets are accounted for.
Partner with the Asset Manager to receive digital assets directly from content partners and manage those assets by adhering to and maintaining digital naming conventions, file management, metadata, and quality control.
Support the Asset Manager with font and stock video / image licensing when needed.
Load on-channel assets for all Original campaigns
Manual uploads to the content portal
Define and assess project requirements, day-to-day creative management, individual project and master calendaring, and inter- and intra-department communication
Ability to shine under pressure, crafting on-the-fly changes to meet tight deadlines
Understanding how to partner with the on-channel / editorial team from a production perspective to deliver creative that will surpass strategic goals
Continue implementing upgrades to our current AirTable process
Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations
Be passionate about delivering the best creative, but able to find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
Partner with the UX design lead(s) to understand spec updates to our platform and share those with creative on-channel design team
WHAT TO BRING
Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual, verbal and written format
Strong project management principles
Gracefully giving and receiving constructive and honest feedback on all creative projects
At least 5-6 years experience producing design creative
Willingness to adapt is essential
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
A critical eye in terms of aesthetics
An ability and love of learning and innovating is essential
Technically savvy, a whiz at figuring out solutions on the fly to tricky issues
NICE-TO-HAVES
Comfortable working with team members that use Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator
BA/BS
At least 5-6 years specifically in a professional advertising/agency/marketing environment
