Hulu's Marketing team is seeking a Brand Culture Marketing Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Brand and Content Marketing team and focus on how Hulu as a brand can break through into other spaces outside of streaming (i.e. Music, Gaming, NFTs, Crypto, Metaverse etc.). The Brand Marketing Manager will be focused on new areas and verticals of opportunity for the Hulu brand that can reach the streamers of the tomorrow and younger audiences that are consuming content in less traditional ways. This individual should be a subject matter expert for the Brand and Live & Licensed Marketing Team on new trends across culture and conceive of ways Hulu can execute and take advantage across Brand, Social, Content channels and more. The manager will also help contribute to ongoing Hulu brand marketing initiatives including Pride and Earth Day and think through how these can be made into year-round commitments. In this role, you'll also work side by side with Brand and Content marketing teams at Hulu and across Disney on specific initiatives and partnerships to ensure the Hulu brand and consumer offering is best represented and differentiated. Responsibilities

What you'll do
• Research, evaluate, understand and present trends and potential marketing, content and social opportunities across emerging industries (eg Gaming, NFTs, fashion, music and more)
• Serve as a subject matter expert on how Hulu can use its brand to authentically reach more younger audiences and stay on the pulse of culture
• Suggest and implement earned media-driven opportunities that support Hulu content and brand campaigns and priorities
• Lead, develop and drive brand campaigns among internal and external partners
• Drive Pride, Earth Day and other key culture-driven brand moments
• Provide leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of all brand-led projects to ensure consistency of brand vision, both on- and off-channel
• Apply research insights, performance metrics and other data available to track and optimize campaigns
• Oversee approvals on internal/external brand marketing & advertising campaign programs (creative, media, etc.)
Basic Qualifications

What to bring
• 5-8 years relevant experience in brand campaign management with a leading consumer facing brand or brand agency
• A background in trendspotting is preferred, but not mandatory
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly, but are rooted in data analysis and past expertise
• Excellent project & brand management skills, as well as production management experience
• Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment and partner with multiple constituencies
• Proficient understanding of the evolving media landscape
• Proficient in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. Knowledge of and passion for new tech platforms such as Metaverse and/or Crypto and NFT platforms is a plus.
