Hulu's Marketing team is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to be an exceptional additional to the Brand Marketing team. We need help delivering our fully packed FY22 brand platform so that we can reach the new streamers of tomorrow and the younger audiences that are consuming content in less traditional ways. The individual should be the go-to leader for their individual campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are managed and the brand strategy comes through in everything we do. In this role, you'll also work side by side with Brand and Content marketing teams at Hulu and across Disney on specific initiatives and partnerships to ensure the Hulu brand and consumer offering is best represented and differentiated. Responsibilities
:
• Lead, develop and execute 2022 brand marketing campaigns among internal and external partners. This includes but is not limited to: running weekly task force meetings, ensuring the right content is featured, seeking content & legal approvals, and ensuring the project stays within budget.
• Must have experience campaign managing 360 productions including film, OOH, social, events and radio
• Consistently partner with brand leads throughout projects
• Provide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of all brand-led projects to ensure consistency of brand vision, both on- and off-channel
• Utilize research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to track and optimize campaigns
• Continually research cultural trends that can be owned or amplified by the brand
• Oversee approvals on internal/external brand marketing & advertising campaign programs (creative, media, etc.)
Basic Qualifications :
• 4 years relevant experience in brand campaign management with a leading consumer-facing brand or brand agency
• Passion for the entertainment industry is a major plus
• Trendspotting background is positive, but not mandatory
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly but are rooted in data analysis and past expertise
• Excellent project & brand management skills, as well as production management experience
• Open/direct verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment and partner with multiple constituencies
• Solid understanding of the evolving media landscape
• Proficient in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. Knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
