(Hulu) Brand, Live & Licensed Manager
The Brand, Live & Licensed Marketing Manager will play a key role on the Hulu Brand Marketing team, leading Brand and Content marketing efforts for the Disney Bundle (Disney , Hulu, ESPN package) and developing and executing ongoing Hulu brand marketing initiatives to deliver on the company's objectives.
Major responsibilities will include elevating awareness and consideration of the Hulu brand, and driving awareness and consideration of the Disney bundle, ensuring messaging clarity and Hulu inclusion. The role will require excellent campaign management and relationship-building skills, a creative and collaborative spirit, and a vision for how to drive the most awareness and engagement for Hulu.
The ideal candidate should love TV and entertainment, have a great attitude, exemplary organization skills, and experience managing multiple projects in an organized and timely fashion. Partner marketing skills and knowledge of working with media, creative, and content teams is desired. The Manager will work closely with many teams across Hulu and The Walt Disney Company to ensure the Hulu brand and consumer offering is best represented and differentiated.
Responsibilities
:
• Support Disney Bundle marketing campaigns from a brand, content, and creative POV, including building relationships with the Disney and ESPN teams, weighing in on strategies and creative assets, providing content recommendations, and when applicable, routing assets to partners for approval
• Lead, develop and execute content-forward brand marketing campaigns, in particular content-forward campaigns
• Understand competitive landscape and develop ideas and solutions to establish brand differentiation and drive brand affinity for Hulu
• Work cross-functionally to achieve success, including collaborating with Creative, Media, Social, CRM, On channel, PR and more.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams through clear and honest communication and creative thinking
• Utilize research insights, performance metrics and other data available to track and optimize campaigns
• Manage approvals on campaigns
Basic Qualifications :
• 5 years relevant experience in brand and campaign management working in a fast-paced environment, media/TV company a plus
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly, but are rooted in data analysis and past expertise
• Excellent project management and partnership skills
• An understanding of media plans & PR a plus, experience working with creative teams a big plus
• Very proactive with outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Works exceptionally well with internal teams and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/technical projects with ease
• Solid understanding of the evolving media landscape with a passion for TV/entertainment; Familiar with Hulu content library
• Fast learner, takes initiative, and is great at problem solving
• Proficient in Google sheets, slides, and docs and Microsoft Suite
