SUMMARY
Hulu is seeking an Associate Show Lead who will be an exceptional addition to our Originals team. As an Associate Show Lead at Hulu, you will be a vital part of an original's life cycle: from greenlight, through production and post, to launch and beyond. You will support Hulu's original content efforts by managing the general workflow and timeline of original projects and of assets between Hulu and our production partners on current projects. You will create and maintain an efficient workflow of post production, content delivery, asset management, and publishing – while ensuring we exceed our high-quality bar offering our viewers only the best entertainment experiences. The right person for this role will be a precise performer; an eager and independent, technical- and production-minded individual who is also the ultimate team player. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work with Production and Vendors on scheduling and delivery to guarantee successful Hulu Original launches
• Forecast launch strategy for assigned projects
• Lead onboarding calls with Studios, Production, Post, and Vendors
• Liaise between all internal teams (Originals/Marketing/PR/Legal/Operations), and Studio/Production/Post
• Troubleshoot and disseminate all schedule updates and/or changes to internal/external teams
• Ensure accuracy of Originals tracking reports
• Implement/maintain/improve upon various workflow challenges internally and externally
• Asset management: track and log all masters and foreign language assets
• Manage all internal content requests: PR, Sales, Awards Screeners, and Premiere and Event Screenings
• Manage the ingestion of assets and metadata, QC Process, and show page for Original content
• Work closely with Content Operations to ensure successful launch of projects on Hulu
• Track, approve, and archive final deliverables
• Track invoices/costs of all work done for downstream delivery
WHAT TO BRING
• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in post production
• A passion for Hulu Original content
• Ability to master a variety of technical and content management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm to work with different personality types
• Exceptional prioritization and time management skills
• Problem solving skills which bring timely resolution to issues
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google's office suite
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain discretion of confidential information
