SUMMARY
Hulu's TAO (Talent & Organization) team is seeking an Associate HRIS Analyst who will be an outstanding addition to our People Analytics team. As an Associate HRIS Analyst, you will be the key resource for ensuring internal controls are compliant and fielding audit requests, work within the HRIS team to champion the quality and integrity of data collected, collaborate with the other areas of the organization to ensure consistent reporting of information, and analyze and make recommendations for improved data quality. The right person for this role has a strong attention to detail, sets a high quality bar for him/herself, loves to solve problems, and is intellectually curious. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist with SOX-related processes and field audit requests to provide reports and evidence as needed
• Ensure compliance by monitoring internal controls and recurring system audits including but not limited to: change monitoring reports; role assignment audits; conduct monthly accounts audit; quarterly user access reviews.
• Control owner for quarterly user access reviews (UAR) (e.g. prepare files, communications, track progress, execute changes)
• Handle security role assignments in Workday, and research security improvements as needed
• Process owner for reorganization activities involving supervisory org management, cost center management and new locations
• Maintain data audits to ensure data integrity and work with process owners to resolve any data issues
• Serve as main point of contact for ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs, provide technical support to Workday end users
• Support Workday Prism dataset management (e.g. refreshing monthly files, monitor dataset publishing activities)
• Assist with Workday New Release testing by researching new functionality and preparing communications to track testing
• Assist in the execution of major system changes (e.g., updates, integrations, new configurations) and participate in all aspects of system testing
• Queue manager for ServiceNow requests to appropriately route requests and monitor ticket load and service levels
• Collaborate with other TAO team members and business units to understand business processes, goals and gaps and assist in implementing Workday solutions (e.g., reports, processes, workflows) that address the business' needs
WHAT TO BRING
• B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HRIS experience in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are necessary
• Experience in HR systems compliance or administration
• Highly experienced in MS Excel and proven experience analyzing workforce data and building graphical displays of data
• Highly organized, efficient, and customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
• Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects at a given time
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and with time constraints
• Ability to lead through change effectively and always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
• Must be a self-starter, independent problem solver, team-player, proactive
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Solid grasp of HR, Payroll, Finance and IT business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies
