SUMMARY
Hulu's Talent and Organization (TAO) org is seeking an Associate Designer who will be an outstanding addition to our Internal Communications team. In this role, you will support our internal design manager in production of visual communications, project and program management, and creative projects intended to inform and inspire Hulugans (Hulu employees) across all our offices. If you have a keen eye for pixel-perfection, are skilled in digital formats with print process knowledge, and can manage projects end-to-end while delivering quality on deadline, then this position would be a great fit for you! Our team is a highly collaborative and executes a wide variety of programs and culture-focused events across the business with precision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support development of creative assets for communication channels: intranet posts, events, onsite communication monitors, emails, presentation decks, internal video projects, employer social channels, and more.
• Collaborate with the broader internal communications team, as well as other teams at Hulu, to build assets and visuals that deliver and support key messages to Hulugans.
• Manage scheduling of content and ensure work is delivered on time.
• Lead professional photo shoots for new team members as part of our 'Photo Wall' culture program.
WHAT TO BRING
• Creativity, passion and eye for pixel-perfect design!
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint
• An eye and understanding of brand standards and how to execute designs against them
• Event photography experience
• Self-driven processes that allow you to deliver projects on time
• Personal organization mindset to see projects through from start to finish
• Skills with current design technology and tools
• Reciprocal attitude and openness to give and receive feedback
• Digital portfolio and strong references required for consideration.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and After Effects
• Familiarity of print and color correction
• Understanding of CSS and other web languages
