SUMMARY
Hulu's Legal team is seeking an Associate Counsel, Sales who will be an outstanding addition to our Legal team! Do you have meaningful digital media, advertising and law firm experience? This could be an ideal role if you began your legal career as a transactional associate and are looking for a second in-house counsel position in advertising, and you enjoy working hard, having fun and being part of a dynamic team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work on a broad portfolio of transactions and counseling matters in the advertising sales area.
• Draft and negotiate sales insertion orders, agency terms and conditions, and events agreements.
• Advise on advertising initiatives, policies and practices.
WHAT TO BRING
• Juris Doctorate degree from highly ranked law school and outstanding academic credentials
• 3 to 6 years of total legal experience
• At least 1 year of advertising sales experience working at an advertising agency, media agency, law firm or in-house is required
• At least 2 years at a nationally-recognized law firm focusing on transactional matters is preferred
• Passion to work hard at a fast-paced digital media company
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Prior representation and/or understanding of internet, technology and/or media companies
• Familiarity with digital media industry standards and intellectual property licensing
