Job Responsibilities: The Sales Executive position is responsible for the performance of all sales activities in assigned market including developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintains key customer relationships and develops and implements strategies for expanding the Company's customer base.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as well as researches and recommends new opportunities and service improvements.
• Meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Remains current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Inputs and maintains leads and other relevant data in Salesforce.
• Adheres to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Minimum Qualifications: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
• 10 years of sales experience in Post Production or Entertainment industry.
• Demonstrates success in establishing, building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers/clients.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have good general business and financial skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and try to make improvements. Strong results orientation.
• Ability to generate new and innovative ideas.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
• BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
