We are a busy post production facility in need of a receptionist / customer service specialist!
You will be the first point of contact for our company, we are looking for a professional and friendly candidate.
You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization as needed in accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as facility services.
The front desk manages the client lounge area by maintaining craft services and ensuring cleanliness.
This includes maintaining inventory of office / facility supplies. Light cooking and food prep for facility breakfast Friday to feed anywhere from 20-100 people so grocery shopping is required weekly.
• Ability to adhere to the expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters. We serve high profile clients who expect the utmost discretion.
• Must be proficient in using a computer and have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and other business/office systems (copiers, printers, etc.).
• 2+ years' experience in customer service, client management, or support services.
• Will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to think strategically. A professional demeanor in appearance, mannerisms and phone skills are expected of all who apply.
• Successful candidates will be reliable, motivated with great work ethic, professional, have a high energy, positive personality with stress management skills and must be able to multi-task.
• Full Time Position -be available to work from 9am - 6pm on Monday-Friday. Additional work times may be available or requested with ample prior notice.
