Intern - Arena Marketing (Full-Season)
INTERN - ARENA MARKETING (FULL-SEASON)

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Demonstrate our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.
• Support marketing initiatives for all Toyota Center concerts and events.
• Help manage venue signage and arena marketing assets.
• Contribute to the maintenance and updates of ToyotaCenter.com, including event detail pages and promotional content.
• Engage in grassroots marketing efforts, such as event calendar listings, community activations, and external promotions.
• Participate in media relations, back-of-house activations, and event-day operations as needed.
• Work with the Arena Marketing Manager on social media benchmarking, monitoring, and other relevant tasks.
• Collaborate with the Director of Arena Marketing on advertising tracking, marketing recaps, public relations initiatives, and special projects.
• Coordinate with the Houston Rockets team on cross-promotional efforts and provide event and gameday support.
• Provide general support to Arena Marketing Department in daily operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Eagerness to learn about the Event Marketing industry
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, long days, and holidays as needed
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Familiarity with all social media platforms
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Car/driver's license required
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, communicate with others.
• The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.
• The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
