General description:
The Strategy and Analytics Team plays an integral role in corporate strategy, sales and marketing operations, customer experience, and innovation at the Houston Rockets and Toyota Center. As a CRM Coordinator, you will power our digital sales and marketing operations. The day-to-day activities of this role will primarily involve collaborating with all departments on sales and marketing campaigns, reporting campaign results to internal partners, providing Salesforce.com user support and training, and configuring our Salesforce.com instance. Your primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Salesforce.com Administration and Development (50%)
• Provide setup of user licenses and profiles, new hire training, and ongoing support for all Salesforce.com users
• Configure objects and page layouts based on business requirements, user feedback, and project roadmaps as directed by CRM Manager
• Create validation rules, triggers, and workflows to automate data management and business processes
• Integrate 3rd party data sources and applications with Salesforce.com (Docusign, Drawloop, Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn, InsideView, Tableau)
Sales and Marketing Enablement (50%)
• Enrich contacts and accounts with external data via batch data jobs (customer segments, engagement data, propensity scores)
• Generate prospect lists and build sales and marketing campaigns (call, e-mail, social)
• Build dashboards to track sales campaigns, pipelines, activity, and data quality
• Perform data hygiene using ETL tools (Data Loader, DemandTools)
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, statistics, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, including:
• Performing needs analysis and developing data and process models to tackle business problems
• Crafting and building objects, user interfaces, and workflows to model, streamline, and automate business processes
• Customizing page layouts, standard/custom objects, validation rules, fields, triggers, and workflows
• Performing ETL and data hygiene with Data Loader and DemandTools
• Executing sales contracts using Docusign and Drawloop
• The successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to simultaneously handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize workload, and own deliverables from start to finish.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
Physical & mental requirements:

• The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Must have ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
