Product Placement - Project Manager

HILL VALLEY is a company specialized in product placement working with iconic brands and Studio movies, independent films, TV series and Events. From Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, No Time to Die or Spencer to Emily in Paris and Succession. We are a global company based in Los Angeles, New York and Paris.

Joining our product placement team, your responsibilities will be as follows:
• Identification of new projects (films/tv series) to work on
• Reach out and organize meeting with producers, studios and crew members
• script coverage
• Manage the product placement strategy for films and tv series
• Identification of product placement opportunities
• Identification of new brands to work with
• Creation of marketing and sales documents
• Organize calls/meetings with brands to sell product placement opportunities
• Lead negotiations and close deals
• Reach sales objectives
• Keep track of the product placements, from the filming stage to the release of the projects
• You will be the main point of liaison for the production teams and the brands
• Creation of monthly reporting and newsletters
• Communicate the information to your team, participate in internal meetings
• Manage interns
