HILL VALLEY is a company specialized in product placement, representing high end brands and working on studio movies, independent films as well as TV series.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- You will be in charge of handling the Product placement and Entertainment strategies of several brands
- You will be the main point of contact for the brands
- Daily calls and meetings with the brands
- Identify new projects to work on (films, TV series, events)
- Contact the crew members (costume designer, props, set designers..)
- Script coverage to identify product placement opportunities fitting the brand's brief and marketing positioning
- Creation of marketing document and presentation
- Creation of monthly reporting
- Working closely with the rest of the team to coordinate the placement (handling the stock and delivery to set…)
- Keep track of the product placements from the filming to the release of the projects
- Coordinate event partnerships (participation in Film Festival, Award shows...)
- Delivering assets / imagery for the brands communication (promotional activation around film/series' releases)
- Monitoring contracts and objectives
- Communicating the information to your team, participating in internal meetings
