From Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, No Time to Die or Spencer to Emily in Paris and Succession. From the Cannes Film Festival to the Oscars. We are a global company based in Los Angeles, New York and Paris.
As an executive assistant, you will be working directly with the COO of the company, in office in LA. Your responsibilities will include:
-Work directly with the COO to support all aspects of her daily work routine.
-Responsible for a variety of general administrative and office support duties including: managing/scheduling calendars, travel coordination, meeting prep, office supplies…
-Keep the COO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
-Organize, prepare, assist to meetings with Producers, Studio executives, filmmakers and brands, take notes and prepare follow ups, distribute accordingly.
-Maintain and prioritize emails; redirect matters to appropriate team member to handle.
-Draft, review and send communications.
-Prepare and create presentations and other marketing documents to support business needs.
-Creation and maintenance of internal process documents.
-Maintain and update confidential and sensitive information and documents, with integrity and confidentiality.
-Script and Entertainment coverage.
-Research and compile information as needed (potential new projects, films, TV series, events to work on).
-Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects including product placement in films and TV series, reporting for brands, coordination of events…
-Provide clear and timely communication with the team, participate in internal meetings, cross-department collaboration
-Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Successful candidate should have excellent organization and time-management skills,
Should be detail-oriented & enjoy multitasking,
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoom.
