Media Sales Representative

This is a Freelance Job

This is a remote position . Access to Zoom and/or Video conferencing is strongly necessary . Occasional in person meeting with supervisor / client may be necessary.

Media / marketing entertainment business is seeking for a highly creative, savvy and motivated individual for digital media and traditional TV advertising sales. Social media marketing experience is a plus since we work closely with celebrity talent . Professionalism is a must.

-Access to appropriate communication tools: telephone, email, and computer.

Specific job duties:

-Identify and prioritize prospects. Develop strategy and share with supervisor prior to contacting potential clients.
-Experience with marketing on Digital Social Media platforms (Instagram /Twitter / Facebook, etc.)
-Make calls and schedule phone or video conference appointments as necessary.
-Participate in telephone or video/conference meetings .
-Follow up with potential clients to close sales; Negotiate rate and communicate available discounts or promotions ,
determine needs, Ad Agreement, Invoicing.
-Properly thank clients.
-Document relationship and contact info and ensure appropriate client relationship hand off to supervisor.

What you will sell includes but are not limited to traditional TV and Digital media based advertising sales.

-Proven sales/marketing experience

• Has experience developing leads, presenting and closing deals.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

. Knowledge and background in media sales.

. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency(Powerpoint)

Other items that will make candidate standout(but not required):

1)Contacts in ad agencies and /or entertainment industry.
2) Social Media Marketing / Management skills.
