Harry Guest Film & TV Development Fall 2026 Internship
Harry Guest is offering a 2026 Internship for a motivated, highly organised individual interested in film and television development.
Working directly with Harry, the intern will help bring structure and organization to a busy development slate, while gaining hands-on experience across scripted and unscripted storytelling. The role will span project organisation, script coverage, research, pitch decks, development materials, social media and general support across Harry's projects. Harry also directs commercials and music videos so the role will allow the candidate to experience a wide range of productions.
The ideal intern is hyper organised, proactive, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about film and television. Previous experience with script coverage and pitch decks is preferred, as is an interest in both scripted and unscripted storytelling. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple projects and priorities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a filmmaker across an active slate and gain insight into the creative, practical and organizational process of developing projects from idea through to production.

Harry Guest is a London-born filmmaker, writer, and director based in Los Angeles, known for his award-winning work in screenwriting and directing. He began his career developing features with Heyday Films, Number 9 Films, and Ealing Studios, and has worked as an assistant director on projects such as The Hitman's Bodyguard and Slow Horses, eventually serving as 1st AD on features like the Tubi hit Sidelined. Harry has gained acclaim as a commercial and music video director, collaborating with clients including Amazon, the BBC, and Liverpool Football Club. His comedy short OH LUCILLE was selected for the AGBO No Sleep 'til Film Fest 2025, and his other shorts have received positive reviews from outlets like NME, Shots, and Dazed. He has three feature films scheduled to shoot in 2027 and is actively writing for studios in Los Angeles. A Film London panellist, Chelsea fan, and history buff, Harry is driven by cinema and the exploration of human stories in vivid, grounded worlds.
