Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Dates/Season: April/May - Summer 2023, flexible
Time/Days Required: M-F, typically 2 or 3 days per week, flexible
Location: Midtown West, NYC

Our established talent agency is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working intern. The internship is available to start as of mid-April though we may consider applicants starting as late as early June. Dates are negotiable based on your availability. Ideally this candidate would work 12-6pm MWF or Tues/Thurs. Exact schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing daily submissions
• Answering phones
• General office maintenance
• Updating resumes
• Handling mail
• Reading scripts and writing coverage

Qualifications:
-being punctual and having good time management
-responsible, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills
-a self-starter
-able to multi-task and follow instructions
-ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced environment
-great understanding of Microsoft or g-suite
-have a friendly and pleasant demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
-a basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry
