This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship Dates/Season: Immediate for the Summer
Time/Days Required: 2-3 days per week, 12-6PM
Location: Midtown West, NYC
Our established talent agency is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working part-time, in-person intern for the Fall 2025 semester. The position runs from late August through mid-December, with exact dates negotiable based on availability.
Schedule:
Ideally, interns would work 12:00-6:00 PM on M/W/F or T/Th, though the exact schedule is flexible.
We are looking to hire two interns with distinct focuses:
• Social Media Intern: Help maintain and grow our online presence.
• Theatre/TV/Film Intern: Support the team with projects related to musical theatre, television, and film.
Please indicate in your application which focus area you're most interested in. School credit is preferred, so be sure to let us know if this internship qualifies for academic credit through your institution.

Responsibilities include:
• Importing daily submissions and updating internal databases
• Answering phones and inputting appointments
• Posting to social media platforms
• General office support and maintenance
• Updating client resumes
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Interns will be trained on:
• Breakdown Services
• InEntertainment
• IMDb Pro
• Vimeo

Qualifications:
• Punctual and reliable, with strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• A self-starter with the ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a high degree of discretion
• Passionate about pursuing a career in the entertainment industry
