Job Summary
The FP&A and Business Development Analyst will be responsible for preparing operating budgets and forecasts for the parent company and various reporting entities. This role will also support business development activities and strategic initiatives to improve the Company's competitive position in the marketplace. This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A and Business Development.
What you will do:
Lead the budget and forecast processes of the parent company and various reporting entities, including but not limited to, income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow
Design and maintain financial models that highlight key metrics, which will be utilized by senior management in strategic business decisions
Prepare and present models for long range plans to senior management, while highlighting key drivers and/or assumptions
Assist in drafting commentary explaining key operating variances, including researching significant variances against various benchmarks
Draft quarterly presentations for Audit Committee and Board of Director meetings, focusing on operating results and business strategies and opportunities
Play a key part in Business Development and Investor Relations activities, including potential strategic M&A activity and capital raising
Prepare valuation models and other ad-hoc requests as needed
Research opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America in the media sector

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Media industry experience
PowerBI, Tableau and/or Illustrator experience
Fluent in Spanish
Skills Required to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting; MBA strongly preferred
One (1) plus years of experience in corporate finance
One (1) plus years financial planning and analysis experience
One (1) plus years performing financial modeling
