Hello Sunshine, a company dedicated to changing the narrative for women, is seeking a Talent Booking, Strategy & Experience Manager to join its Direct-to-Consumer division. This role focuses on securing talent (celebrity, influencer, entrepreneur, etc.) for Sol.ar brand partnerships, The Hello Sunshine Collective, and experiential opportunities such as Shine Away. The candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver talent-driven strategies that align with campaign KPIs and foster engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain and expand the talent database and relationships with talent reps and managers.
• Lead the talent process, including recommendations, negotiations, contracts, travel arrangements, vendor forms, and payment processes.
• Develop strategic talent recommendations for partnerships and experiential opportunities.
• Support the talent strategy to drive engagement, awareness, and campaign success.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., experiential, social, growth, PR) to integrate talent into broader consumer experiences.
• Create custom creative and marketing ideas related to talent.
• Provide guidance to ensure talent strategies align with Hello Sunshine’s premium market position.
• Advise on budget and pricing requirements during pitch phases and track expenditures.
• Stay informed about trends, talent updates, and emerging opportunities in the talent space.
Requirements:
• Existing, meaningful relationships with agencies and talent.
• 3-5 years in talent strategy or booking roles, including 2+ years of direct strategic leadership experience.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts with legal and business affairs teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience using tracking and program management tools.

Compensation:
Estimated base salary range: $115,000 - $120,000 per year.
