Hello Sunshine is a media brand and content company dedicated to female authorship and storytelling across all platforms. Hello Sunshine is producing feature films, television shows as well as unscripted series, audio storytelling and social series under the Hello Sunshine brand. It is also the home for Reese's Book Club, a fast-growing social book club in reach and influence. All of Hello Sunshine's efforts are anchored by a singular mission: to change the narrative for women.
Hello Sunshine, is looking for an intern to support the design team's over-flowing needs while also helping to develop a budding designer at the beginning of their career.
What You Will Do
• Ongoing Social Media Design for HS and RBC
• Web / App / Visual Experience Design for HS and RBC
• Event (virtual and live) design for RBC and FP
• Overflow from Design Director Sr Designer on various incoming projects e.g.) RBC DTC, Fair Play, Corp Design Needs, Quick-Turn requests, etc.
What We Are Looking For
• Previous Design Internships recommended
• We are looking for smart, driven interns who are eager to learn more.
• Applicants should have keen attention to detail, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask
Requirements
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• This internship is a hybrid position (3 days in office/ 2 day remote) and requires a working, reliable internet connection and laptop as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 5th, 2024 through August 16th, 2024
• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PT for the duration of the internship, up to 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Los Angeles area
• The pay rate for this internship is $16.90 per hour
