Coordinator, Social (Hello Sunshine)
The Opportunity:
Hello Sunshine is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Content Coordinator to join the Social team.
The Coordinator, Social will be responsible for executing daily posting across the Hello Sunshine social media channels, and ensuring content aligns with the Hello Sunshine voice and resonates with our audience. You will collaborate closely with various teams to support social media strategy, campaigns, and tactical plans to achieve our business and social objectives.
What You Will Do:
• Execute daily posting across designated Hello Sunshine social media channels, ensuring content is timely, engaging, and aligns with Hello Sunshine voice and objectives.
• Serve as a voice of the Hello Sunshine channel, delivering an authentic, audience-centric content experience that fosters engagement and loyalty.
• Support the development and execution of social media strategy, campaigns, and tactical plans from inception to publishing.
• Ideate, author, and oversee the creation of social media content, collaborating with account and client leads as necessary.
• Write and edit post copy, ensuring all content is aligned with Hello Sunshine guidelines and strategy, and route assets for internal stakeholder approval.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Hello Sunshine Partnerships and Film/TV teams to support larger initiatives, events, and tentpoles as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, best practices, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Monitor industry trends, relevant news, and competitive landscape to increase Hello Sunshine's share of voice in the social media space.
• Act as manager of social platforms as needed, but specifically TikTok
Requirements
• Experience in social media management for a brand, influencer, DTC company, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
