Film & TV Assistant
Hello Sunshine is seeking an Assistant in Film & TV to support SVP, Film & TV. We are seeking a self-starter who is well-versed across film and television production and has worked at a large media or entertainment brand. The Assistant, Film & TV will have the opportunity to work on everything from reading books, scripts, supporting the creation of film and television productions and more.

What You Will Do
• Organize and prioritize deadlines, follow through on tasks and keep your managers informed of your progress.
• Manage rolling calls, take detailed notes, track and update submission logs and call logs through industry edge or google sheets.
• Draft and manage monthly expense reports for your managers
• Schedule meetings and support the coordination of project-based work.
• Familiarize yourself with current projects your managers are working on including key auspices and partners
• Prepare comparison drafts for analysis
• Review script changes, format writer, director, talent lists and proactively track project status and action items
• Provide managers with detailed beginning and end of day emails.

What We Are Looking For
• BA or BS degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in film, television, required.
• Agency experienced, required.
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines promptly and efficiently.
• Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Proven reliability in handling sensitive material and security concerns under very tight deadlines.
