We're building a team to hit 250M+ by the start of the winter. We have doubled our follower count from 50k to 100k in the past 60 days, This is a high-expectation, high-impact role - for someone who thinks about viral content and resonates with the mission. What You'll Do

• Lead ideation for creative viral video concepts on themes of love and connection - you'll pitch, refine, and develop ideas that connect with people.
• Turn ideas into reality-source props, locations, and materials to bring videos to life on tight turnarounds.
• Self-starter & high-energy-this is a fast-paced role where you'll have a major impact.
• Assist wherever is necessary: everybody is wearing multiple hats and juggling different roles to execute.

What Makes You a Fit

• Someone with an eye for viral content-you're interested in understanding what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and share.
• You are constantly tapped into the culture of TikTok and Reels, chronically online, and know who and what is happening on the platform.
• Able to execute creative projects in very fast time frames to keep up relevance and timeliness for posts.
• Motivated and driven-this is a high-expectation, fast-paced role, and we want a self-starter.
• Passionate about storytelling, human connection, and vulnerability.
• Above all, we're only bringing on people who genuinely care and are deeply invested in this work.

Requirements
• Must have at 5 days per week fall open to come on-site for shoots and in-person work.
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Prior experience in content creation, production, or assembling creative projects is a plus but not expected.
• Ideally enrolled in school but not required.
